Terms of Service
Last updated 13 July 2026
1. About these terms
These terms govern the use of Ad Manager (the "Service"), a Google Ads auditing and reporting tool operated by Neurobox ("we", "us", "our"), based in the United Kingdom. By signing in to or using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Accounts
The Service is an internal tool. Accounts are provisioned by Neurobox; there is no public registration. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately at hello@neurobox.co.uk if you believe your account has been compromised. We may suspend or remove any account at any time.
3. The Service
The Service reads data from connected Google Ads accounts through the official Google Ads API with read-only access, and produces analyses and reports from that data. The Service does not make changes to any Google Ads account. Use of Google Ads data through the Service is also subject to Google's own terms and the Google API Services User Data Policy.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service for any unlawful purpose;
- attempt to access accounts, data, or systems you are not authorised to access;
- probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service other than through an authorised security review;
- interfere with the Service's operation, or copy, resell, or make the Service available to third parties;
- connect a Google Ads account you are not authorised to connect.
5. Reports and no advice
Reports and recommendations produced by the Service — including text drafted with the help of AI models — are provided for information only. They may contain errors and are not financial, legal, or professional advice. You are responsible for verifying any figure or finding before acting on it.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and content (other than data belonging to connected Google Ads accounts), is owned by Neurobox or its licensors. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the Service for its intended internal purpose, and no other rights.
7. Availability and changes
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data from third-party APIs (including Google's) will be complete, current, or accurate.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the law of England and Wales, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of revenue, or loss of data arising from use of the Service, and our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Service is limited to one hundred pounds sterling (£100).
9. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what data the Service processes and why. It forms part of these terms.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time. On termination your right to use the Service ends immediately. Sections 5, 6, 8, and 11 survive termination.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
